Our Imam has been licensed by the Province of Ontario for more than 40 years to conduct marriage ceremonies. Couples receive pre-ceremony counselling if they choose to. Also when all things fail to save a marriage, the Imam walks the couple through necessary religious steps to affect religious divorce and instructs them to continue the process of civic divorce through the provincial legal system. Special stamped Religious certificates are issued for both marriage and divorce.
