Social gatherings are offered as celebrations of special occasions such as Eid and Ramadan Iftars and as learning circles. The Ladies Auxiliary is a fifteen member group of ladies that put a lot of volunteer hours to offer us our social programs. Trips to any of many of Ontario attractions, coffee time with the Imam, fund raising dinners, cultural breakfasts, bake sales, and fatayer and pizza sales are some of the activities the Ladies Auxiliary arrange and sponsor. Our social activities are educational and support the Centre’s daily operating costs.
Being considered for the future are social programs like family summer retreat, international bazaar and Bringing a friend to the Centre.
